Mandala Hall situated in Mandala Crescent, Bateman WA 6150, is a City Of Melville community hall which is now being used by a number of community based organisations to conduct play schools, dancing, karate, yoga classes and many other health and educational activities. This facility is being managed by Tamil Association of Western Australia.

Hall is nestled between Bill Ellson Reserve, a children’s play ground and a tennis court. It is licensed to accommodate 110 people in the main hall whilst the meeting room can accommodate another 15.

The Hall is located 500 meters from Bull Creek train station, and access to the hall is off the Kwinana Freeway exit via Leach Highway. There is abundant parking and whisper quiet environment are a bonus.

The hall has kitchen facilities with a refrigerator, micro wave oven, cook top and an oven. An urn and electric kettle are provided too. A well maintained Male and Female toilets are located within the building.

Tables and chairs are kept in a store room for use.

Reverse Cycle Airconditioners were installed in November 2010.

Main hall could be hired for as little as $20.00 per hour and the meeting room for $10.00 per hour. Concessionary rates for regular users are available on application.

Due its close proximity to major highways and train station this has become a popular place to have birthday parties, anniversaries and religious and other functions.

Community groups which conduct vacation programmes for kids are encouraged to use this venue. With a view to promote this facility in this locality a discounted hire rate shall be given during the school holidays.
